Treasure Amongst Trash

I started doing mission work thinking I was going to change the world. But it was the world that has changed me. Sometimes I think more highly of myself that I ought too. Then I come here and I am reminded that I have such a long way to go. Honestly....I am humbled here....I feel so unworthy.
These two little boys live amongst the garbage in Riverton City Jamaica...yet they have joy. They often go hungry...yet they smile. They don't even have shoes...yet they dance amidst the trash.
Would I have there joy if I was them? Would I smile if I was hungry? Would I dance if I had no shoes? If you wonder why I am a missionary....this picture says it all. It's for them! It's for their smiles.
Thank you God for allowing me to go to these places that others won't go and see these priceless treasures.
